No taking and archiving on any type of media such as Cd's, DVD's, Floppy Disks, and hard copies such as books or printed out for the purpose of financial gain and etc..
No emailing of my tutorials is permitted ever. Send the main link ONLY.
No taking of my mascot bee images will be tolerated. He was made by me and is for use on all Be's Design Treasures pages only as I see fit.
No sending my tutorials or files in whole or in part around in news groups, egroups, private groups, personal groups, commercial or any other groups or any other kind of lists except the link above only will be permitted .
No downloading and then uploading to another web site to offer for download either for personal, private, or commercial purposes any of my tutorials or files in whole or in part at any time. Doing so will cause me to pursue legal action. No excuses will be tolerated period. You do wrong, you pay the price.
You are bound to my terms whether or not you read and agree to them if you use this site.
None of my pages and files are to be copied or removed from this site and placed elsewhere and be claimed as your own. See term 7.
